Nicole Lindsay

Nicole Lindsay serves as the Executive Vice President of People & Capability for Core Payments at Mastercard, having held various leadership roles within the company since July 2018, including SVP and Chief Operating Officer for Sustainability and the Center for Inclusive Growth. Prior to Mastercard, Nicole was the Principal at Strong Seed Professional Development and the Founder of DiversityMBAPrep.com, an online community dedicated to supporting women and minorities pursuing MBA degrees. Additional experience includes positions at The ZOOM Foundation as Deputy Director and Director of Leadership Development, Executive Director at New York Needs You, and Vice President of Talent Development at Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Nicole began the career as an MBA Campus Recruiter at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and holds a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, along with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
