Nilesh Parmar has over 25 years of experience in human resources, finance, and strategy consulting across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Mastercard since December 2014, Nilesh has also held the role of Business Leader in M&A for HR. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Human Resources and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Global Brands Group, and Manager of Strategy Consulting at Arc Partners. Nilesh's early career includes roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, PepsiCo, ING Barings, and EY. Nilesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Harvard University and has completed coursework towards a Finance certification at New York University.
