Pavel Esin

Pavel Esin is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Director of Compliance for Europe at Mastercard after previously holding the position of Manager of Compliance in Europe. Prior roles include Regional Risk Manager and Project Manager for the Basel II project at Raiffeisenbank, along with experience as a Basel II specialist at Komercni banka. Additionally, Pavel has contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at Anglo-American University and has a strong background in risk management as a Scoring Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Komerční banka. Pavel holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Chelyabinsk State University and an MA in Economics from CERGE-EI.
