Trecia Pessoa

Trecia Pessoa is an experienced legal professional with a substantial background in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President & Senior Managing Counsel at Mastercard since July 2012, Trecia has provided integrated legal and transactional support with a focus on U.S. operations. Prior to this role, Trecia worked as Corporate Counsel for a publicly traded company, offering legal and regulatory support for various commercial transactions. Experience also includes serving as Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal & Compliance at Pali Capital, Inc., where Trecia handled corporate transactions and investment banking matters. Earlier positions at McDermott Will and Emery, Winston & Strawn LLP, and Richards, Layton & Finger involved work in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Trecia holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in International Relations & French from Tufts University.
