Scott Bailey

Scott Bailey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Scott is currently working as the Chief of Systems at Mastodon Design LLC, a CACI Company, since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Product Manager at PEO IEW&S from July 2018 to September 2021. In 2016, Scott worked as the Department of the Army System Coordinator, IEWS at the US Army. Scott also gained experience as a System Acquisition MBA at the Naval Postgraduate School from June 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they served as a Test and Evaluation Officer at the Asymmetric Warfare Group from September 2011 to May 2014. Scott's earlier roles include Assistant Product Manager at PdM JIMI, PEO-Integration from October 2009 to July 2011 and Stryker Rifle Company Commander at A/1-21 IN, 2-25 SBCT from March 2007 to May 2009.

Scott Bailey attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management. Following this, in 2014 to 2015, they enrolled at the Naval Postgraduate School and earned an MBA, specializing in System Acquisition.
