Brittany Washum has a diverse work experience. Brittany started their career at Kung Fu Video & Dvd in 2014, where they served as the Store Manager for a period of eight years until December 2022. Brittany then moved on to Match Education in 2018, where they held multiple roles. Brittany began as the Recruitment Manager in October 2018 and continued in this position until September 2023. Later on, they became the Director of the Covid Recovery Program from December 2022 to September 2023. Finally, they assumed the role of Associate Director of Talent in August 2023 and is currently employed in this position.

Brittany Washum holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology, with a general focus, which they obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the years 2014-2018. Brittany later pursued further education at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2020 to 2022. During their MBA program, they specialized in entrepreneurship as a Berthiuame Center for Entrepreneurship Fellow. In addition to their educational background, Brittany Washum has obtained certifications from the Scrum Alliance. Brittany became a Certified Scrum Master in July 2023 and a Certified Scrum Product Owner in August 2023.
