Sharon Halperin

Sharon Halperin is an accomplished leader in information security and IT, currently serving as VP of Security Engineering at Match Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon was Head of Information Security and IT at HoneyBook and Tinder, overseeing various teams focused on governance, risk management, compliance, and data security. Earlier experience includes significant roles at 23andMe, where Sharon managed GDPR compliance and drove cross-functional security and privacy initiatives, and at McKesson Provider Technologies, where Sharon led business operations and project management efforts, achieving notable recognition as Best Project Manager in 2011. Sharon holds a BSc in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
