Gal Toar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. They began their career at MatchPointIT in 2022, starting as a Technical Recruiter and later transitioning to Human Resources Positions. Prior to that, Gal worked at Beecomm in a customer success role from 2021 to 2021. Additionally, Gal has extensive experience in the Israeli Air Force, where they served as an Operation Sergeant from 2011 to 2013. In that role, they worked with the Iron Dome and Arrow missile defense systems, managed operation rooms, and demonstrated the ability to handle stressful working environments and multitask effectively.
Gal Toar attended Beit-Berl Academic College from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Special Education and Youth at risk.
