Josh Ahlberg

Josh Ahlberg started their work experience as a Director of Client Services at Martin Fletcher Locums in 2006. Josh was responsible for business development, new client contracting, account management, and managing a team. Josh then worked as Vice President of Client Services at Supplemental Physicians from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on strategic planning, sales management, talent management, and process development. From 2017 to 2019, Josh served as Vice President of Business Development at Austin Major Group, leading new client business development, contract negotiation, and managing a sales team. In 2019, they joined Floyd Lee Locums as Vice President of Business Development, providing concierge services to healthcare providers and facilities. At Matchwell, Josh worked as a Partnership Consultant from 2019 to 2021, connecting healthcare facilities with clinicians and helping create on-demand clinician float pools. Josh then moved to Advanced Behavior Analysis in 2021, where they worked in human resources and operations. In 2022, Josh joined Aya Healthcare as a Manager of Business Development, focusing on locum workforce solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Partnerships at Matchwell, where they aim to bring transparency and efficiency to healthcare staffing.

Josh Ahlberg attended Dowling High School from 1991 to 1995. Josh then enrolled at Iowa State University from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Graphic Design and kinesiology.
