Cortney Heitkamp

Cortney Heitkamp, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience encompassing various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Cortney currently serves as the Vice President of HR Services at OnPoint Group, LLC, where they have been since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from June 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining OnPoint Group, LLC, Cortney worked at The Walt Disney Company for over a decade. Their roles at Disney included Disney Institute Labor Analyst from May 2015 to June 2018, Scheduling Manager-Entertainment and Park Operations from September 2012 to May 2015, Deployment Labor Manager from January 2011 to September 2012, Deployment Specialist from October 2008 to January 2011, and Deployment Assistant from June 2007 to October 2008.

Cortney Heitkamp, MBA, SHRM-SCP, holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Webster University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors of Business Administration in Hospitality & Tourism Management at Tiffin University from 2003 to 2007. Cortney also holds the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
