Alan Keating

Alan Keating possesses a robust legal background with experience spanning various roles in the field of law. Beginning as a Trainee Solicitor at Dillon Eustace Solicitors from 2003 to 2006, Alan transitioned to a Company Law and Contract Law Tutor at University College Dublin. Following this, Alan served as a Business Law Tutor at the Law Society of Ireland. In a legal counsel capacity, Alan worked as a secondee at Deutsche Bank and later advanced to Senior Associate, US Resident Counsel, and Partner at Matheson from 2006 to 2011. Alan holds several qualifications, including the AITI Chartered Tax Adviser earned through the Irish Taxation Institute, a BBLS from University College Dublin, a Solicitor qualification from the Law Society of Ireland, and an LL.M in Commercial Law from University College Dublin.
