Zeljko Medenica

Zeljko Medenica is a seasoned professional in electrical and computer engineering with extensive experience in developing intuitive Human Machine Interaction (HMI) systems for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and semi-autonomous vehicles. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at MathWorks since March 2023, Zeljko previously held leadership roles at Changan US R&D Center, overseeing international HMI teams and research projects, and at TTTech Auto AG, managing custom feature development initiatives. Zeljko’s expertise includes leading rapid prototyping teams at Honda R&D Americas and conducting usability testing for automotive applications at Nuance Communications. With a PhD from the University of New Hampshire, Zeljko has contributed significantly to multimodal interface design and autonomous driving technology throughout a diverse career spanning more than a decade.
