Vanina Mendiondo

Vanina Mendiondo has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1999 with Macronet SRL, where they held the roles of Sales Executive, Commercial and Technical Quotation Analyst, and Commercial Manager. In 2010, they joined ADT Security Services as Sales Manager, and in 2012 they moved to Alonso Hnos. Sirenas S.A. as Commercial Manager. That same year, they also joined Universo BIT as Commercial Manager. In 2014, they became Head of Sales at Car Security (Sistema Lojack). From 2017 to 2020, they were Regional Head/ Business Line Manager and Commercial Manager at Securitas Argentina. Currently, they are Head of Sales Latin America at Matific, responsible for the development and management of the commercial strategy for Latin America and collaboration with the North American team. Vanina has successfully led 18 collaborators between inside Sales, collector and SDR, and sustained sales growth for consecutive years, with a sales team growth of 300%.

Vanina Mendiondo's education history includes a Bachelor/Degree in Marketing from UADE from 1999 to 2003, with a field of study in Economics, Management, and Marketing. Vanina also obtained an Analista Administrativo Universitario from UADE from 1999 to 2001, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, they completed a Posgrado Internacional - Estándares Internacionales de Seguridad Corporativa from Instituto Securitas from 2019 to 2020.
