Adam Males

Adam Males has a diverse and extensive work experience in product design and graphic design roles. Adam is currently the Principal Product Designer at Matillion, where they lead the product design team and ensures that the company's products are user-friendly and aligned with business goals. Prior to this, Adam worked as the Lead Product Designer at Zencargo, where they focused on solving customer problems and involving various stakeholders in the design process. Adam also served as a Senior Product Designer at Zencargo, where they tackled complex design challenges and contributed to the development of a product that helps businesses make smarter decisions in freight forwarding.

Before joining Zencargo, Adam worked as a Senior UX Designer at intu, where they formulated personalized multichannel experiences for the company's website, emails, mobile app, and shopping centers' Wi-Fi. Adam also had experience leading the UX design process as the Lead UX & UI Designer at Swoon, where they focused on improving conversion, retention, and reducing complaints. Adam successfully achieved a 25k uplift month on month through a user-centered design approach. Additionally, they managed a team of three as the Lead Graphic Designer at Swoon, overseeing all imagery and marketing materials for the company. Prior to Swoon, Adam worked as a Graphic Designer at North Print, creating branding concepts, promotional items, advertising materials, and managing brand guidelines.

Throughout their career, Adam has also provided freelance graphic design and art direction services. Adam is skilled in conceptualizing and creating marketing collateral both in print and digital formats, including brochures, flyers, reports, adverts, editorial content, web and wireframe design layouts.

Adam Males attended York St. John University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art & Design.
