Katie Podhaizer

Katie Podhaizer has a strong background in talent and performance management, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning. Katie has held roles at various companies, including Mativ and Neenah, where they served as the Director of Talent Management. Prior to that, at Newell Brands, they were a Senior Manager and Manager of Talent and Performance Management, leading the redesign and launch of a global performance management platform and supporting the implementation of a global talent review and succession planning process. Katie also has experience in organizational development and consulting roles at PwC and Deloitte. Katie began their career as a Recruitment Research Intern at Boyden Global Executive Search.

Katie Podhaizer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Fairfield University from 2007 to 2011. Katie also holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
