Karina Álvarez Berríos

Karina has a diverse professional background in customer service and accounting, with experience in both banking and finance. At PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from January 2019 to January 2022, Karina served as a Customer Service Officer, where responsibilities included opening new accounts, managing customer complaints, and promoting banking products. Prior to that, Karina worked as an Accounts Receivable Accountant at PT Dua Berlian, overseeing billing processes and collaborating with the sales team on overdue payments. Earlier roles included Project Administrator at PT Industrial Multi Fan and Accounts Receivable Accountant at PT Dehael Nusantara Logistic, where Karina managed invoicing and reconciliations. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Universitas Mercu Buana, completed in February 2021.
