Dario Nardi

Dario Nardi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director at SAYFR since November 2018, Nardi supports safety and teamwork in the maritime industry. As a cofounder of Matrix Insights LLC since January 2012, contributions include designing leadership effectiveness software to enhance team dynamics. Nardi founded Radiance House in January 2011, focusing on organizational development resources. Serving as Research Faculty at Interstrength Associates since June 1994, responsibilities include developing training materials and assessments. Nardi held a Senior Lecturer position at UCLA from 1998 to 2021 and contributed to various professional organizations, including chairing conferences for psychological type associations. Nardi holds a PhD in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
