Mahsa Dardashti

Mahsa Dardashti is an accomplished professional in talent and organization development, currently serving as Director of Talent Development at Mattel, Inc. since July 2006. Dardashti has led major initiatives such as the company's Global Talent Processes and the redesign of the performance management system. With a strong foundation in HR management as a former HR Business Partner and extensive experience in coaching and development programs, Dardashti has successfully managed programs aimed at enhancing employee potential, including the High Potential Development Program and global onboarding initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from UCLA and two Master's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
