Amy Stubbings

Amy Stubbings has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Amy started their career at Love Success Plc as a Resourcer in 2013 before moving on to KMK Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2015, they joined Experian as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they eventually became a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, staying until 2018.

Amy'snext role was at Edelman, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for various areas of hiring and also served as an interim head of talent for 10 months. Amy then became a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on executive recruitment, communication roles, and managing D&I initiatives.

After their time at Edelman, they joined Similarweb as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they helped the company achieve hyper-growth and assisted in their IPO preparations. Amy later became the Team Manager for Talent Acquisition - EMEA & APAC, reporting directly to the Global Talent Lead.

Currently, Amy is working at Matter Labs as the People Operations Program Manager, leading the program for this blockchain scaling solution company with a mission to scale Ethereum.

Amy Stubbings began their education in 2007 at Eastbourne College, where they pursued A-levels. In 2009, they enrolled at Loughborough University and obtained a BTEC Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art and Design, focusing on Fine and Studio Arts. Amy continued their studies at Loughborough University from 2010 to 2012, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a specialization in Fine/Studio Arts, General. Afterwards, in 2012, they attended Quest Professional for Business Administration and Marketing studies until 2013.
