Lynn Conway

Lynn Conway, CHRL, currently serves as Senior Manager, People at Mattermost, a position held since November 2019, with prior roles including Manager and People Partner within the same company. Before joining Mattermost, Lynn worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ecobee from March 2018 to October 2019, and as an HR Coordinator (Contract) at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative during 2017. Previous experience includes Associate Manager, HR at J.Crew from November 2014 to September 2016 and ownership of Poor Little Rich Girl from February 2009 to December 2013. Lynn Conway holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto (2001-2005) and pursued further education at George Brown College (2016-2017).
