Elaine Lim Siok Lay

Elaine Lim Siok Lay is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as the APAC Sales Enablement Lead at Matterport since April 2022, Elaine has held key positions including IBM Strategic Alliance & Synergy Director at Red Hat, RVP Enterprise BU for Singapore at Salesforce, and Sales Director for the Commercial Sector at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Elaine's expertise in sales training is evidenced by a previous role as a Sales Coach at Schneider Electric, where the focus was on designing sales training and development programs for the ASEAN sales team.
