Mike Ashe

Mike Ashe has a strong background in applied AI, machine learning, and analytics. Mike started their career in 1985 with BP Amoco, where they worked on the Artificial Intelligence Strategy Team. From there, they moved to Eloyalty Corporation as a Principal, focusing on AI and expert system implementations in contact centers. Ashe then joined CSC Consulting as a Manager, leading the West Region CRM team. Mike continued their career at eLoyalty/TSC as the Senior Vice President and Director of the West Region. Ashe later became a Partner at Deloitte, where they specialized in CRM. Mike then joined Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as Vice President, focusing on CRM and applied artificial intelligence.
