Randeep Malhan

Randeep Malhan is an accomplished business development and corporate finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, project management, and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at Matthews International, Randeep previously held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Rockwell Automation, where significant deals included the $185 million acquisition of Verve Industrial. Randeep's career spans various roles, including board observer positions at ZEDEDA and Cadenza Innovation, an associate in investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets and Nomura, and project management roles at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and DuPont, contributing to multi-million dollar revenue generation and operational efficiencies. Randeep holds an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual master's degrees in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and the University of Southern California, respectively.
