Erica Pham

Erica Pham is the current General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Maven Clinic. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Legal and Government Affairs at Clover Health from August 2016 to May 2020. Erica has also served as Counsel, Government Relations at Kaiser Permanente from July 2012 to July 2016, and as Special Assistant to the Deputy Administrator and Director, CCIIO at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from July 2011 to June 2012. Erica Pham began their career as a Health Benefit Analyst at Mercer in January 2004, before becoming a Health and Welfare Associate at Willis Towers Watson in January 2003.

Erica Pham has a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.
