Grady T.

Grady T. has a well-rounded work experience in HR and leadership roles. Grady currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer at The Arena Group, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TEGNA as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer from 2020 to 2023 and as the Vice President from 2017 to 2020. Grady also has experience in talent and change management consulting at Accenture from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they served as the Global Director, Human Resources at IQVIA from 2009 to 2015 and as the Senior Manager of Compensation at HD Supply from 2008 to 2009. Grady's earlier experience includes roles at Philips Electronics as the Manager of Compensation and HRIS from 2006 to 2008, and at Nortel Networks as the Global Talent Delivery Lead from 2005 to 2006.

Grady T. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. They have also obtained additional certifications in Program Management from Boston University and in Human Resources from both SHRM and HRCI.
