Shana Apprendi

Shana Apprendi has a diverse work experience in talent management and human resources. Shana currently serves as the Head of Talent at The Arena Group since November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Founder of PeopleRx starting from March 2017. Shana also worked as the Global Head of People (interim) at Connatix from February 2020 to September 2021. Shana held the position of Global SVP, People at Visto (formerly Collective) from December 2012 to November 2017. Shana also worked as the Head of People at Solve Media, LLC from January 2011 to December 2012. Shana has a strong background in talent acquisition and management, as seen from their roles as the Director of Talent at Google (2005-2010) and DoubleClick (2005-2010). Shana'scareer began at Corbis in 2003 as a Principal Recruiter, and they previously worked at SHI International Corp. as a Lead Recruiter/HRBP from December 1999 to February 2003.

Shana Apprendi holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at the State University of New York at Binghamton, graduating in 1997.
