Jennifer Marino

Jennifer Marino has had extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer began their career in 2004 as a Scheduling Coordinator at Arthur Rose Associates, where they supported and worked directly with recruiters and HR Generalists. Jennifer then moved on to Bond Street Group, where they worked as a Recruiter in the Human Resources Practice, managing the full life cycle recruitment process for various positions. After that, they joined BoardEx as an Office Manager/Human Resources professional, overseeing office maintenance and operations. Jennifer then joined TheStreet as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed HR needs for US employees, including payroll processing and employee relations. Jennifer later served as a Human Resources Director at Maven, where they continued to oversee HR operations.

Jennifer Marino holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Iona University.
