Eric Ortiz

Eric Ortiz is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Customer Technical Director at Mavenir since December 2021, Eric previously held several leadership roles at Nokia from May 2011 to January 2022, including 5G US mmW Test Manager and 5G Test Domain Leader, where Eric played a pivotal role in testing and automation strategies for 5G solutions. Prior to Nokia, Eric managed the LTE New Product Introduction at Motorola Solutions and led WiMax trials at Motorola, demonstrating advanced expertise in deploying and supporting innovative wireless technologies. Eric holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with specializations in Computer Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completed in 2001.
