Mahesh Ghote

Mahesh Ghote is a Business Operations Manager at Mavenir, where MAHESH is responsible for the End-to-End Business Operations function supporting Sales, Finance, and Human Resource activities. MAHESH also serves as Chief of Staff managing Budget, Revenue & Resource planning activities. Prior to Mavenir, Mahesh worked at Ericsson as a Service Delivery Manager and Service Resource Manager, where MAHESH led strategic initiatives for process improvements, cycle time reduction, and cost savings. Mahesh holds a Master of Science in Information Technology & Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
