Lashefa Geason

LaShefa Geason, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. LaShefa started their career at Zea Rotisserie & Grill in 2012, where they served as a Banquet Server/Trainer/Server until 2014. In 2014, they joined Hilton Worldwide as a Guest Service Agent for a year. In 2015, they joined MaxHome, LLC as a Corporate Recruiter and later became a Human Resources Manager in 2017. LaShefa continued to work for MaxHome, LLC, progressively taking on more responsibilities and becoming a Human Resources Director in July 2020. Concurrently, in 2017, they also worked as a Corporate Recruiter for Renewal by Andersen. LaShefa Geason's work experience showcases their growth and expertise in the fields of human resources and customer service.

LaShefa Geason, PHR, has a strong educational background. LaShefa attended Grace King High School from 2003 to 2007, where they completed their high school education. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Xavier University of Louisiana, graduating in 2014. In 2013, they took part in an Intensive Spanish Program at Universidad Cuauhnáhuac to enhance their proficiency in Spanish language and literature.

In September 2020, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification through HRCI. This certification demonstrates their expertise and competence in the field of HR.
