Meir Aharoni

Meir Aharoni has a vast work experience in various roles and industries. Meir started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as the Head of Development & BI from 2001 to 2007. Following that, they worked at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) as the Core Systems Department Manager - IT Division from 2007 to 2010. Meir then joined Partner Communications Company Ltd. and served as the Development Division Manager from 2010 to 2014, and later as the CIO from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Meir Aharoni is at max מקס, where they have held the positions of EVP CIO, head of IT and Operations from 2016 to 2020, and their current role is EVP Business Development, Technology and Innovation.

Meir Aharoni completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued higher education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Meir's MBA degree was earned during the period from 2006 to 2007.
