Tracy Coles

Tracy Coles has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Tracy began their career in 1996 as Regional New Home Sales and Design Manager for JADE Homes, where they were responsible for business development, sales, and marketing. In 2008, they became Territory Marketing Manager for ProSource Wholesale, where they marketed wholesale residential building products to home builders, architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals. In 2011, they took on the role of Real Estate Division Sales and Marketing Manager for ProFloors llc, where they were responsible for the overall business development and ensuring that their team of flooring specialists catered to the needs of Realtors, Contractors, Architects, and Designers throughout Metro Atlanta. In 2012, they joined Keller Williams Real Estate as a Real Estate Consultant, where they served on the Agent Leadership Council, led training classes, served as an expert panelist, and mentored new and struggling agents. In 2018, they became a Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate at Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage. Most recently, they were appointed as Director of Business Development at Max Wave Media Inc. in 2022.

Tracy Coles obtained their High School Diploma from Johnstown Christian in College Prep in 1988. Tracy then attended Armstrong State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Fine Art in 1992. Tracy also has a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the State of Georgia.
