Leah Campbell

Leah Campbell is a Senior R&D Scientist at Maxar Technologies, with a background in atmospheric sciences and meteorology. Prior to their current role, Leah served as a Partner at Contour Group, LLC, and worked as a Statistical Analyst and Programmer at Redcastle Resources. Leah also has experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of California San Diego and as a Pathways Intern at the Colorado Basin River Forecast Center. Additionally, Leah holds a PhD and MS in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Utah. Their research has focused on winter storms, extreme weather, and forest change detection using machine learning methods applied on satellite time series datasets.
