Zorica Todorovic

Zorica Todorovic has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and consultancy. Zorica is currently serving as the Chief Operations and People Officer at MaxBet, where they are responsible for spearheading operations and people-centric strategies. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief People Officer at MaxBet as well. Before joining MaxBet, Zorica worked as a Senior Consultant at Atria Group International and held the position of Managing Director & Senior Consultant at Balance DOO. Zorica also worked at MK Group as the Director of Human Resources, where they established HR strategy and function on a holding level and in different industries. Zorica's earlier experience includes roles as the Head of Human Resources at Sberbank Srbija a.d. Beograd, where they developed HR strategies and managed various HR operations. Zorica began their career as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Zorica Todorovic holds an Engineer's degree in Technology of Food from the University of Belgrade. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified ICF Coach from Erickson Coaching International. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Saville Assessment International Accreditation in Aptitude and Wave, completed the Saville Assessment Wave Performance 360 Course, and became a Certified PCM Coach from Kahler Communications.
