Annamaria C. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Annamaria began their career as a Carrier Relations & Network Provisioning Project Manager at PSINetworks Europe from 1999 to 2001. Annamaria then joined Orange Communications SA in 2001, where they held various roles including Customer Operations Manager and eventually became the Head of Communications & Training from 2006 to 2012.
In 2012, Annamaria became self-employed as a Communications Advisor, where they raised funds for cultural events and was a member of the final exam commission for the EMBA course at the Business School in Fribourg until 2014.
Annamaria then joined Nestlé Nespresso SA in 2014 as a Global Customer Relations Project Manager. During their time there, they led the development of a global Social Media and Rating & Reviews strategy, built a training program for customer-facing roles, and deployed a Transformation Program across multiple markets. Annamaria later became the Global Marketing Operations & Content Factory Manager, where they launched a global Content Factory and led a team of Project Managers. Annamaria also served as the Global Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for developing and producing global campaigns and leading a team of Campaign Project Managers.
In 2021, Annamaria joined Maxeon Solar Technologies as the Global Brand Director. Annamaria launched a B2C insight program, conceived a successful global campaign, and defined the new brand vision and identity.
In 2022, they also became a Lecturer in Communications at Haute Ecole Arc - Ingénierie.
Annamaria C. holds a Master's Degree in Conference interpreting & International Relations from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned between 1994 and 1999. Annamaria also completed a DAS (30 credits) in Communication Management at the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR) in 2017. In addition to their formal education, Annamaria has obtained various certifications, including the Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Measurement Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, and the DIGITAL MARKETING: Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics certificate from Columbia Business School in 2020. Annamaria also holds an eBusiness Academy Certificate from Nestlé.
