Jenny Sia

Jenny Sia has worked in various roles related to US payroll processing and management. Jenny started their career as an Accountant-Payroll Processor/Restaurant Manager/Product Quality Manager at Chowking Food Corp. from February 2012 to February 2016. At Mondelēz International, they worked as a US Payroll Coordinator from February 2016 to March 2018. Jenny then joined Genpact as a US Payroll-Process Associate from April 2018 to August 2021. After that, they worked at IBM as a US Payroll Processor from August 2021 to April 2022. Jenny then joined Amazon as a Sr. US Payroll Analyst, where they held two roles - Sr. US Payroll Analyst - Processing and Sr. US Payroll Analyst - Audit, from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are working as the AU US Payroll Team Lead at Maxeon Solar Technologies since January 2023.

Jenny Sia completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2012. Jenny later pursued a Post Baccalaureate in Information Technology from the same university from 2019 to 2020. Recently, they attended Ateneo Graduate School of Business from 2023 to 2025, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
