Angelo Ronquillo

Angelo Ronquillo's work experience includes various leadership roles in the field of HR and people operations. Angelo currently serves as the Head of Global People Services Center at Maxeon Solar Technologies. Prior to this, they worked at R1 RCM as the Associate Director and Head of People Operations. Angelo also had significant roles at PayPal, where they served as the APAC Regional Leader for Employee Central, and at IWG plc, where they were the Senior Manager and HR Shared Services Head. Angelo began their career as the Country HR & Corporate Shared Services Head at Camaya Coast. Throughout their career, Angelo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer and stakeholder experience, and a commitment to aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Angelo Ronquillo holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas. Additionally, they have obtained a Diploma in Project Management from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI). Angelo also holds certifications in Change Management and Diploma in Project Management, both from IBMI.
