Brad Hartfield

Brad Hartfield has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Brad started their career as a Technical Support/QA Representative at Net Nanny® from April 2001 to March 2002. Brad then joined Maximizer in May 2002 as a Technical Support Representative and later became a Senior Customer Support Specialist, where they provided technical assistance and training to the support team and served as the technical point of contact for strategic and key accounts. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Maximizer, providing technical assistance to the sales team, conducting product demonstrations, and communicating with customers to ensure technical fit. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they additionally handled strategic account management and post-sales services delivery. Most recently, Brad has been working as the Manager of Strategic Accounts at Maximizer since January 2017, where their responsibilities include maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers and ensuring the effective utilization and goal achievement of the Maximizer CRM solution.

Brad Hartfield attended The University of British Columbia from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2000, they enrolled at the Information Technology Institute and completed a Diploma in Applied Information Technology in 2001.
