Spencer Bolgard

Spencer Bolgard is the current CEO and President at MaxLite. Prior to their work at MaxLite, Bolgard was with Cooper Industries Ltd. from September 2010 to August 2012 where they held the title of Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Cooper Connection. In this role, Bolgard was responsible for sales and marketing of the Cooper Connection Program which included six distinct divisions: B-Line, Bussmann, Crouse Hinds, Lighting, Power Systems and Wiring Devices for Cooper Industries.

From August 2012 to December 2018, Bolgard worked at Phoenix Contact as the General Manager for the US subsidiary and Vice President of Device Connectors for the Americas (North, Central and South America). Phoenix Contact develops and manufactures industrial electrical and electronic technology products that power, protect, connect and automate systems and equipment.

Bolgard has also held the role of Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Sea Gull Lighting/Monte Carlo Fan Co./Light Process Co. from December 2002 to September 2010 and Vice President, Electrical Supply Division for Affiliated Distributors from April 1997 to December 2002.
