Carolyn Kaminsky

Carolyn Kaminsky has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Carolyn started their career at Pfizer in 2000 as the Director of Employee Benefits. Carolyn then moved on to Marsh & McLennan Companies as the Director of Health and Welfare Employee Benefits in 2004. In 2005, they joined Mayne Pharma (USA) Inc. as the Director of Human Resources.

In 2007, Carolyn became the Head of Human Resources at JHP Pharmaceuticals, LLC, where they held the position for seven years. After leaving JHP Pharmaceuticals in 2014, they joined Par Sterile Products as the Senior Director of Human Resources.
