Neha Dhiman

Neha Dhiman has over 6 years of work experience in the recruiting field. In 2014, they began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Hexa Talent Capital, where they were responsible for sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for Direct Hire/Permanent openings with clients. Neha then moved to Damcosoft Inc. in 2016, where they held a similar role. In 2017, Neha joined ITConnectUS Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter and held this role until 2018 when they moved to infostride as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2019, they became a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ETalentNetwork, and in 2020 they were promoted to Lead Recruiter at ICONMA. Neha currently holds the position of Lead Recruiter at Maxonic.

Neha Dhiman attended Panjab University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Sociology.
