Sarita Vaykakkara

Sarita Vaykakkara has been working in the recruitment industry since 2003. Sarita began their career as a Recruiter at IT Flux Inc. in 2003. In 2007, they joined Material In Motion as an HR/Recruitment Manager where they were promoted to HR and Payroll Manager after just 9 months of employment. Sarita then moved to StratApps Inc. in 2010 as an HR Executive (Technical Recruiter). That same year, they joined Maxonic Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2015, Sarita joined Tavant Technologies as a Technical Recruiter and is currently employed at Maxonic as a Technical Recruiter.
