Mitch Mann

Mitch Mann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and customer service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Member Services at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC since January 2019, Mitch specializes in building new contact centers and leading a team of over 130 members in delivering exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Mitch held the position of Vice President at 24-7 Intouch, overseeing a team of 1,000 and improving client communication and reporting systems. At Express Scripts, Mitch was a Regional Senior Director, co-managing a 3,000-member team with a significant budget across multiple healthcare contact centers, and previously served as Senior Director of the Member Choice Center, where innovative sales strategies greatly boosted performance. Mitch also played a key role at UniRush/RushCard LLC as Senior Director of Customer Service, improving operational efficiency and significantly enhancing customer satisfaction. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York.
