Tom Maxwell

Tom Maxwell serves as the Non Executive Chairman of Medalogix since May 2021, contributing to a transformational partnership in home health technology and value-based care solutions. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Maxwell Healthcare Associates, LLC since August 2016, Tom provides tailored consulting services focused on optimizing operational execution in post-acute care. Tom also co-founded Muse Healthcare, held the position of Senior Advisor and Board Member at Enclara Pharmacia, and served as COO at Homecare Homebase from August 2005 to June 2016. Prior experience includes roles at Millboork/GE and GE Healthcare, alongside a decade of service as a Navy Hospital Corpsman. Tom Maxwell is an alumnus of Park College.
