Bryan Traeger

Bryan Traeger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bryan currently holds the position of Managing Director - Corporate Development at Maxwell since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President - Corporate Development at Maxwell from August 2022 to March 2023. Bryan also held the role of Vice President - Customer Success at the same company from February 2019 to August 2022.

In addition to their role at Maxwell, Bryan served as an Advisory Board Member - Customer Experience at the University of Colorado Boulder from March 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Maxwell and the University of Colorado Boulder, Bryan worked at HomeServices of America as the Vice President - Corporate Development, Mortgage from April 2016 to February 2019. In this role, they led the M&A process, implemented technological improvements in marketing and information security, and obtained ISO 27001 certification. Bryan was also responsible for rolling out a nationwide virtual desktop infrastructure environment.

Prior to their time at HomeServices of America, Bryan worked at Berkshire Hathaway Energy as an Acquisitions and Investment Strategy Associate from April 2014 to April 2016. Bryan also served as a Corporate Strategy Analyst at W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, LLC from June 2013 to March 2014 and as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Clayton Holdings LLC from March 2012 to June 2013.

Bryan Traeger has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Analytical Economics from the University of Iowa. Bryan also studied International Economics, Econometrics, and Art History at John Cabot University.
