Maybell Quantum is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead in Copenhagen. The ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals that thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to be building technology that will revolutionize the way we live.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish company-wide dashboards to measure progress against strategic goals
• Work closely with company leadership and technical teams to maintain world-class customer support across Europe
• Lead business development alongside company leadership with key partners and customers across Europe
• Contribute to the development of the Copenhagen office by building a dynamic, well-functioning workplace with strong connections to the US headquarters
• Partner with the growing operations and procurement team to build a global supply chain that can scale
• Manage high priority special projects and initiatives on behalf of the COO, working across company functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Operations or a related field
• 5+ years of work experience, bonus with prior consulting or high paced start-up experience
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
