Nicole McPherson

Nicole McPherson currently serves as the Director of People at Maybern and is a Founding Member of Syelo Ventures, both positions held since 2024. Prior to these roles, Nicole worked at Dorsia as the Director of People & Talent, successfully building recruiting and people operations from the ground up. Additional experience includes serving as the Senior Manager of People & Talent and Principal Recruiter at Splash, Talent Acquisition Lead at Angi, and Senior Talent Partner at Cadre, where significant contributions to recruiting efforts were made. Nicole also held roles at Averity and AETEA Information Technology, excelling in full-cycle recruitment and exceeding performance goals. Nicole began a professional journey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Monmouth University, earned in 2012.
