Joseph McCluskey II

Joseph McCluskey II is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in leading and transforming manufacturing organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. since July 2025, Joseph previously held various key roles at Dana Incorporated, including Senior Operations Director and Operations Director, where significant successes were achieved in turning around troubled plants. Prior to Dana, Joseph was General Manager at Magna International, successfully launching a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Joseph's earlier career includes a notable tenure as Plant Manager at Johnson Controls, where enhancements in profitability and operational performance were realized across multiple facilities. Education includes a period at Central Michigan University following graduation from Eisenhower High School.
