James Traeger

James Traeger serves as Director at Mayvin Ltd since September 2010, leading a consultancy focused on organisational and leadership development. Additionally, James holds the position of Director of Research at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School since March 2021 and has been a Professor of Practice for Leadership & Management at Ashridge since June 2011. Previous roles include research fellow in the Ashridge Doctorate program and senior consultant at Roffey Park from July 2006 to September 2010, as well as a coaching role at Channel 4 between 2000 and 2002. James Traeger earned a PhD in action research from the University of Bath (2004-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Sussex (1984-1987), alongside additional educational pursuits at Hult Ashridge and Montpelier, specializing in coaching constellations.
