Katarina Loksa Miechowka has a diverse range of work experience. Katarina is currently working as the Head of Brand at Mazda Motor Europe, a position they began in December 2021.

Katarina held multiple positions within the Western Europe Haircare portfolio at Procter & Gamble, such as the Western Europe Haircare Portfolio & Colour Brand Manager from January 2012 to June 2013 and the Western Europe Pantene Brand Manager from June 2010 to January 2012.

Before that, Katarina worked as the Haircare Commercial and Marketing Leader for France from November 2007 to June 2010.

At the beginning of their career at Procter & Gamble, they served as the External Relations Brand PR Leader for P&G Beauty from November 2005 to November 2007.

Katarina also gained experience as an Olay Skincare Assistant Brand Manager from 2002 to 2005.

Katarina Loksa Miechowka obtained their Master's degree in International marketing and management from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) between 1997 and 2002. In 2016, they attended the CSR Seminar at the University of St.Gallen, where they studied CSR, Sustainable Development, and Business Ethics. Additionally, they briefly studied at ESSCA in 1999, although the degree obtained and field of study are unknown.
